The PERMA Model (Positive Psychology – Dr. Martin Seligman)

Focuses on five core elements of psychological well-being: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment. What an Idea uses this model to help participants build balanced, fulfilling personal and professional lives.

GROW Model (Goal Setting and Coaching)

A straightforward coaching tool that structures sessions around: Goal, Reality, Options, and Will. This model supports What An Idea’s goal-setting framework and ensures participants leave with a clear action plan.

Supports resilience by helping individuals identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts. WAC workshops incorporate these tools to increase emotional regulation, reduce stress, and support mental clarity.
